YouTube Channel: Self-Care & Sustainability

In March 2021, I launched my YouTube channel after being a part of the Part-Time YouTuber Academy (PTYA). During the cohort-based course, I learned the ins and outs of content creation and strategy of YouTube from some of the best minds in the space including Ali Abdaal, Jack Edwards and more.
My channel is around how we can use self-care practices, like meditation, reading and journaling, to improve mental well-being and how we can live more sustainably by making small lifestyle changes.
During the process of launching my channel, I have been able to dive deeper into the YouTube creator landscape and execute all parts of the video projects on my channel - from scripting, filming, editing to pressing 'publish'.
Additionally, I also got to host a workshop on How to elevate your personal brand with video on Instagram for the 200+ PTYA community.
